Award of the prestigious TRB - Pyke Johnson Award
The Transportation Research Board (TRB) Executive Committee announced on the 25 July 2018 the paper, “How Should Travel Demand and Supply Models Be Jointly Calibrated?” authored by Ali Najmi, Melissa Duell, Milad Ghasri, Taha Hossein Rashidi, and S. Travis Waller, was awarded the Pyke Johnson Award. This award is given each year for the best paper in the area of planning and environment. The award of the Pyke Johnson Award is a great honour and privilege since the first award was presented in 1971.
Previous winners are from MIT, University of California – Santa Barbara, Eindhoven University of Technology, MIT-Singapore, Technical University of Denmark, university of Texas - Austin
This award will be presented at TRB Chairman’s Luncheon on Wednesday, 16 January 2019.
